Reconciliation Training is a new course offered by the Public Service Commission and will be included as part of the onboarding for all new staff. Current government staff are encouraged to complete this online training. The training is self-paced and comprised of two learning modules that provide participants with an opportunity to recognize the strength of present-day Indigenous communities and reflect upon ways that they can personally contribute to advancing reconciliation.
